  1. The History of the World
    review by Kimberly on 8/16/2016

In school, I found history boring, filled with dates and wars and people I didn't relate to. I teaching my children using the K12 history, I fell in love the the Story they tell starting in first grade moving chronologically through the various civilizations and their interactions with each other. Telling stories of every day people, stories of how different cultures encountered each other and the results of those encounters that brought about many new discoveries. In a world, that is getting smaller by the day, through the internet, our children need to understand the variety of cultures and their story to facilitate ongoing communication and resolution while accepting the various customs and traditions. I love to sit on the couch and read these accounts with my children.
