Help your students get road-ready with our 30-hour online education course offered through CyberActive. Approved by the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), the course helps prepare new drivers for the roadway. A driver education course is required to obtain your learner’s permit at age 15. This driver education course satisfies this state’s classroom driver education requirements.

Assessment Information

After each chapter, students take a short quiz that they must pass to proceed to the next section. Each quiz consists of multiple-choice questions designed to prepare the student for the final exam. The score obtained on the quiz will not count against the final course score.

The final exam is online and may be taken as many times as necessary until the student has scored 85 percent or better to complete the course.

Enrollment Restrictions

Students must be at least 15 years old to enroll in this course and at least 15.5 years old to apply for a learner’s permit. This course does not satisfy the required in-car training.

Completion Certificate

A Certificate of Completion is sent directly to the student and must be presented at the DMV when applying for a permit.
