How do students login?

• Visit:
• On the Welcome page, Select I’m a Student.
• Enter Username: {provided via email}
• Enter Password: {provided via email}

How do students take assessments is STAR360?

Students will select appropriate Reading Test, Early Learning Test and Math Test on their student dashboard.

What if the student can’t login or has trouble with content not showing up properly or gets a blank screen?

Be sure students have the most updated browser version, clear browser cache or try another browser.
If the student can’t log in, be sure they are using the correct website address (url) and verify username and password.

What if the student needs a password to get back into a test?

When tests are paused, students may need to use a password to get back into the test. The password is: admin

What if a student sees a message indicating that his/her account is locked when attempting to log in?

If a person tries to log in too many times with an incorrect password, the account may be locked. All locked accounts are unlocked at midnight each night automatically. If you need assistance unlocking an account, email and include “Locked Renaissance Account” in the subject line.

What if a student sees a message about returning to another window even though one is not available or a popup blocking software may have caused a problem?

Browser needs to be set up to allow popups. For more information:

My students have tested, now what?

• Visit:
• On the Welcome page, Select I’m a Parent.
• Enter Username {provided via email}
• Enter Password {provided via email}
• Click the “Parent Report” link for the test(s) your child has completed to view the results.

What if I can’t remember my password?

Email and include “Forgot Password” in the subject line. In the body of the email, please specify whether assistance is needed with a student or a parent password and provide the parent & student first and last name.
