Students will select appropriate Reading Test, Early Learning Test and Math Test on their student dashboard.
Be sure students have the most updated browser version, clear browser cache or try another browser.
If the student can’t log in, be sure they are using the correct website address (url) and verify username and password.
When tests are paused, students may need to use a password to get back into the test. The password is: admin
If a person tries to log in too many times with an incorrect password, the account may be locked. All locked accounts are unlocked at midnight each night automatically. If you need assistance unlocking an account, email k12courses@k12.com and include “Locked Renaissance Account” in the subject line.

• Click the “Parent Report” link for the test(s) your child has completed to view the results.
Email k12courses@k12.com and include “Forgot Password” in the subject line. In the body of the email, please specify whether assistance is needed with a student or a parent password and provide the parent & student first and last name.
